Higanjima – Last 47 Days continues the dark and intense saga of the cursed island overrun by monstrous fish demons and a brutal war between vampires and the remaining human survivors. After being attacked by the creatures, Ryousuke, his girlfriend Kazumi, and their friend Yamaoka are stranded on the island’s deadly shores. They quickly witness the vampires’ merciless cruelty before Ryousuke finds refuge with the human resistance. Though his only desire is to escape, he soon realizes the danger isn’t confined to the island—if the vampires aren’t stopped, their deadly virus could spread to mainland Japan, putting the entire country at risk.
