Nankuru Nee-san tells the story of Issa Kinishi, a young man who constantly overanalyzes everything and lives his life trying to avoid trouble. His cautious nature keeps him from taking risks or standing out.
One day, he crosses paths with a mysterious, sun-kissed woman who couldn’t be more different from him. She doesn’t care about cracked phone screens, ignores restaurant reviews, and cooks curry without worrying about spills. Her carefree attitude fascinates Issa so much that he unintentionally begins following her around.
