Naruto is a popular Japanese manga series created by Masashi Kishimoto, first published in 1997. It follows the journey of a young ninja named Naruto Uzumaki, who dreams of becoming the strongest leader in his village. The manga was later adapted into a successful anime series, along with ten movies and several video animations.
The story begins with Naruto as an outcast in his village, shunned by the community because they see him as the embodiment of the Nine-Tails, a powerful and destructive fox spirit. Years later, Naruto returns from intense training and reunites with his team to face the Akatsuki, a dangerous organization threatening their world. The series has sold over 220 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling manga of all time.
